摘  要:我国是世界第一大温室气体排放国,建筑业CO2排放量位居我国国民经济各部门之首,而我国建筑业仍处于高能耗、高碳排的粗放型产业阶段,发展低碳建筑是建筑业由能源密集型向高新技术产业转型升级的必然选择。通过对影响我国建筑业低碳转型升级关键因素的深入剖析,创新性地从社会认知、低碳技术、碳交易市场和政策体系等方面提出相应的对策建议。China has become the world's largest emitter of greenhouse gases~ while the carbon dioxide emissions in construction industry rank first in each of China's economic sectors. However, the construction industry of our country is still in the stage of extensive growth with high energy consumption and carbon emission. Developing low -carbon buildings is the inevitable choice of traditional construction industrial transformation and upgrading from energy-intensive to high-tech in China. Key factors were analyzed for low-carbon transformation and upgrading of construction industry. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions were innovatively put forward from several as pects: social cognition, low-carbon technology, carbon trading market and policy system, etc.
