摘　　要：以高科技领域的集成电路芯片和生物医药研发作为案例,分析了由于技术复杂性的根源,研发分工进一步细化,催生了研发外包市场的繁荣以及一批以研发服务为主要收入来源的独立型研发企业;并进而确立了研发作为一种独立的产业,脱离其他产业载体和中介,成为价值的直接创造和实现方式,即研发产业。By the case studies of R ＆ D in integrated circuit chips and high--tech bio--pharmaceutical, the root causes due to technological complexity which leading to R＆ D division further refinement and booming the R ＆ D outsourcing market is analyzed ,furthermore, a number of independent R＆D enterprises surviving from R＆D out sourcing services emerged and the R＆D industry was established.
