摘　　要：概述了铁路局概预算所审查信息管理的现状,提出了概预算管理信息系统的设计方案,详述了该系统的总体架构、构建环境、功能设计及所用的关键技术。系统自投入使用以来,实现了项目审查过程流程化,执行单位报审和跟踪项目透明化,领导掌握全局、合理分工和监督控制及时化,审查人员审查项目直观化和高效化。This paper outlined the current situation of information management for budget offices of railway administrations,put forward the design scheme of Budget Management Information System,described the framework,constructing the environment,function design and the key technologies used.Since the System was put into use,the project review process was streamlining,execution unit reporting and tracking project was transparent,grasping the overall situation,rational division of labor and the supervisory control were just in time,review project was intuitive and high efficiency.
