医院评审对规范病案室管理的作用

摘　　要：依据三级综合医院评审标准,规范和提高病案室管理工作。认真解读评审标准中各条款要求,特别是核心条款,严格规范和落实,明确病案室各工作组的职责和流程,结合医院实际,积极完善和改进。规范了科室制度建设,提升了内涵质量,加强了病案人员及临床医师对国际疾病分类编码认识,达到了核心条款A级水平,使各项工作步入常态化。所以,三级综合医院评审使病案室管理规范化,使病案室各项工作质量持续改进。To standardize and improve the management work of medical record room according to the evaluation standards of grade three hospitals. We reviewed all the terms of the evaluation standards, especially the core terms, then designed the responsibility and process of each working group, made improvement positively combined with the reality of the hospital. We standardized the department system construction, enhanced the connotation of the quality, strengthened the understanding of medical personnel and clinicians to inter：national classification of diseases coding and reached the A grade level in the core terms, thus made each work into normalization. Therefore, the hospital evaluation of grade three hospitals could help the medical record room management standardization, and promote the continuous improvement of each work of medical record room.
