条形码打印纸在病案复印中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改进病案复印申请登记流程后的应用效果,为提高病案信息服务质量提供依据。方法在病案复印申请登记、保存流程中利用条形码打印纸作为复印申请登记后的打印载体,并将其连同证件复印件等粘贴在病案最后一页的背面。结果解决患者复印前申请登记繁琐问题、审核工作不到位,复印后的申请单保存、复印内容登记及相关有效身份复印证件等材料保存困难的问题。结论条形码打印纸的应用,使病案复印在申请登记、证件保存等流程更加合理合法,保护医院和患者的合法权利不受侵犯,不仅提高了工作质量和工作效率,为患者在复印时提供方便,减少医患纠纷隐患,也提升了患者满意度,体现医院的精细化管理,提升医院的整体服务水平和品质,使病案更好的为医院、社会服务。Objective To make targeted optimization and improvement on the process of current application for registration of medical records duplication. Methods To adopt self-adhesion label print paper as the supporter in the process of medical records duplication registration and storage after the application for registration, and paste it on the back of the last page of medical records along with the copies of certificate. Results The problems could be solved such as tedious registration before duplication, unsatisfied examination work, and the difficult preservation of application notes, registration of duplication content, valid identity certificate and other materials. Conclusions With the application of self-adhesion label print paper, the process of apply for registration of medical records duplication and the preservation of certificate wonlcl be more reasonable and legal, the rights of both hospital and patients could be protected. Not only could improve the work quality and efficiency, and also provide convenience for duplication, decrease disputes between doctors and patients, improve the satisfaction of patients, realize the delicacy management and improve the whole service quality of the hospital, so as to make better service for the hospital and society.
