摘　　要：农用土地资源的合理流转和优化配置,是稳定农村土地承包关系、提高土地利用率、促进农村剩余劳动力转移、推动农业产业化进程、实现农业增长方式的两个根本性转变、增加农民收入的重要途径。本文在阐述玉田县农用土地资源流转形式、特点的基础上,研究分析了土地资源流转的成因、作用与效益,提出了加快土地流转的4项建议。The reasonable transfer and optimized allocation land contract relations, improving the land utilization rate, of land resources is an important way for stabilizing the rural promoting the transfer of rural surplus labor and the process of agricultural industrialization, realizing the two fundamental changes of agricultural growth modes, increasing farmer income. Based on elaborating e forms and characteristics of agricultural land circulation in Yutian County, the causes, effects, and benefits of land transfer are analyzed. And the four recommendations for speeding up the land transfer are developed.
