从“引血下行”法探讨高血压病痰湿壅盛证

摘　　要："痰瘀互结,气血逆乱"是导致高血压发病的重要因素。引血下行法是以中医气血升降学说作为理论基础,以逆转阴阳反作病理状态为主要作用机制,并以恢复人体气血自稳调节为目的的一种治法,是预防血瘀形成的重要手段。利用下行通路的药物可以开辟下行的道路,在引血下行的药物中酌加活血化瘀之品,可以使血之未离经者永安其宅,血之已离经者尽化其滞,从而达到化痰的功效。引血下行法不仅是指理血药的作用,也不是单纯降压药所能比拟的,利用引血下行法治疗高血压病痰湿壅盛证具有切实的理论依据以及可行性。The stasis of phlegm and blood and disorder of Qi and blood are important factors leading to the onset of hyperten- sion. Based on the theoretical basis of Qi and blood lifting theory, the main mechanism of action of Ensuring Proper Download Flow of the Blood Method is the pathological state of the reverse action of Yin and Yang. Its purpose is to restore the blood of human body to stable regulation. It is the important means to prevent the formation of blood stasis. The use of drugs of de- scending pathways can open up downward road. If drugs of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis can be added, we can achieve the effect of eliminating phlegm. Ensuring proper downward flow of the blood method has the function of drugs for regulating blood conditions. It＇s preferable to simple antihypertensive drugs. It is effective in the treatment of phlegm dampness of hypertension with theoretical basis and practical feasibility.
