摘　　要：徐荣谦教授认为,小儿为稚阴稚阳之体,要在治疗上关注其原动力,同时要防止脾胃伤害,不论是原有疾病的病因病机,还是在组方配伍中遣方用药、佐治反佐,炒三芽都可以帮助恢复胃气,减少金石之品对胃肠的刺激。对于病愈后期的患儿在用药时配合稻芽、麦芽、谷芽以消食健脾,充后天之本;在应用寒凉药物时加入炒三芽,功在减少苦寒伤胃。临床将炒三芽与镇肝熄风汤、香砂增食汤、温胆汤、七味白术散等合方使用,治疗小儿厌食、疳病、小儿佝偻病及小儿抽动秽语综合征等。Professor XU Rongqian believes that babies have imbalance of Yin and Yang. We should focus on its driving force in treatment and prevent the spleen and stomach injuries. Regardless of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease or in the compatibility of prescription, fried three buds can help restore vitality, stimulate the reduced stone product of gastrointestinal. For babies after illnesses, we should use rice, malt and rice sprout to help digestion and tonify spleen to strengthen the foun- dation of acquired constitution. Fried three buds should be added to cold drugs to reduce the bitter cold injury to stomach. In clinic, fried three buds, Zhengan Xifeng Decoction, Xiangsha Zengshi Decoction, Wendan Decoction and seven kinds of powder are effective in treating anorexia disease, infantile malnutrition, rickets in children and children with Tourette syndrome.
