2型糖尿病对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停患者血清GSH—Px、MDA水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM）对OSAHS患者体内谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH—Px）、丙二醛（MDA）水平的影响。方法选取正常对照组42例，OSAHS组49例，OSAHS合并T2DM患者39例，记录其姓名、性别、年龄、身高、体质量、体质量指数、腰臀比，进行多导联睡眠检测，测定血清GSH—Px活力，MDA含量。结果OSAHS组、0sAHS合并T2DM组与正常对照组之间相互比较，性别、年龄、BMI、腰臀比的差异无统计学意义（P值〉0．05）。与正常对照组相比，OSAHS组和OSAHS合并T2DM组的GSH—Px活性明显下降，MDA含量明显增高，差异有统计学意义（P值〈0．05），与OSAHS组相比，OSAHS合并T2DM组的GSH—Px活性下降，MDA含量增高，差异有统计学意义（P值〈0．05）。结论OSAHS患者体内存在过氧化损伤，OSAHS患者如合并T2DM，则体内过氧化损伤进一步加重。Objective To explore the changes of levels of serum GSH-Px and malondialdehyde （MDA） in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） complicated by type 2 diabetes. Methods The name,sex,age,height,weight,body mass index （BMI） and WHR was recorded in 49 patients with OSAHS 39 patients with OSAHS complicated by type 2 diabetes, and 42 healthy subjects. All of them was taken multi lead sleep detection, and levels of serum GSH-Px and MDA was measured. Results The name,sex,age,height,weight,BMI and WHR shows no significant difference in each group （ P 〈0.05）. The levels of SOD in serum were significantly lower and levels of MDA in serum were significantly higher in DM and DO group,compared with normal control （ P 〈0.05）. The levels of GSH-Px in serum were significantly lower and levels of MDA in serum were significantly higher in OS group and DO group compared the N group （ P 〈0.05）. The levels of GSH-Px in serum were lower and levels of MDA in serum were higher in DO group compared the OS group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Oxidative injury exist in patients with OSAHS, and the oxidative injury aggravates further in patients complicated by type 2 diabetes.
