摘  要:采用GTAW焊接方法,研究了厚度为8.8 mm的R60702锆板对接焊,分析了接头的组织和性能。结果表明:GTAW工艺方法得到的焊缝外观成形良好,接头质量达到了X射线检测Ⅰ级水平,熔敷金属合金成分和杂质含量控制适当,接头硬度分布相对均匀,拉伸、弯曲、冲击性能良好,冲击断口呈韧性断裂,无析出相。R60702 zirconium plates with thickness of 8. 8mm had been welded by GTAW Method. The micro-structure and properties of welding joints have been analysed. The results showed that the quality of obtained joints through GTAW welding method can reach the gradeⅠ of RT,alloy elements and impurity contents in welding line could be controlled properly;joints rigidity values were distributing uniformly tensility,bendness and impact tests have been carried out and proved excellent. Especially in microstructure,they were similer to pure titanium alloy and three were no precipitated phase.
