摘 要:焊接保护气体在焊接过程中的作用至关重要,其不但对焊接熔池冶金过程起到保护作用、防止熔池氧化及合金元素烧损,也能影响到熔滴过渡形态和焊接电弧形态及电弧能量的分布。本文介绍了GTAW中焊接保护气体的选用原则和不同保护气体选用对焊接保护效果、电弧能量及熔池形貌的影响,同时,也介绍了几种特殊材质在特殊条件下的焊接气体选用和其特性。GMAW中不同成分焊接保护气体会形成截然不同的熔滴过渡形态和焊接工艺性,产生不同保护效果。实际生产中要按照需求选择合适的焊接气体组分才能保证优良的焊接工艺性和焊接质量。最后,分析了新型焊接保护气体的最新进展和发展趋势。The shield gas play an important role in the gas shield arc welding. It not only prevent the welding pool from oxidized and the composition element melt loss, but also affect the droplet transition and the distribution of the arc power between the cathode and the anode. This paper introduce the different results in GTAW, which using different shield gas. And the selection principle of shield gas in different metals GTAW is discussed. In GMAW, the droplet transition is more important than welding pool shielding, the changed composition of the shield gas could induce the droplet transition change, and the quality of welding seam will be changed. So the most suitable shield gas should be used in the welding production in order to gain satisfied welding quality , efficiency and cost. And the development trend of the shield gas in gas shield arc welding was discussed.
