区域经济发展水平对大学科学技术活动影响的比较分析

摘　　要：旨在探讨区域经济发展水平的差异对大学科学技术活动的影响。在分析经济水平区域差距的案例时发现,经济发展水平对大学科技活动影响的实际情况更加复杂,区域经济发展水平的高低与当地大学科技活动的状况并非完全对应。在我国,一个地区的经济发展状况对高校的科学技术活动的影响,如果从科技投入的层面看,主要反映在企业和地方财政对区域整体科技经费投入的贡献上,地方经济发展水平与企业对大学科学技术活动的直接投入水平不是对应的,企业对高校科学技术活动的直接投入并没有反映出发达地区比其他地区更有优势。The paper aims to explore impacts of the changes and regional differences of economic level on university sci-ence and technology activities. In the analysis of the case of the regional disparities in economic levels, the paper found thatthe actual situation of the impacts of economic level on university science and technology activities is more complicated andthe regional economic level is not corresponding exactly to the situation of local university science and technology activi-ties. The study found that in China, from the point of view of investment in science and technology, the impact of a region economic development on science and technology activity of university is mainly reflected in the contribution of investmentby enterprises and locat governments in regional overall science and technology. The local economic development level doesnot correspond to the level of direct investment on science and technology of university by enterprises. The direct investmentin university science and technology activities by enterprises does not reflect that the developed areas have more advantagesthan other regions.
