摘　　要：制定国际化战略是我国研究型大学主动管理和控制国际化发展的重要体现。推动国际化战略需要有效的实施方法。通过对我国研究型大学国际化战略的文本内容分析,总结出其国际化活动的独特性、综合性、周期性和量化性特征,提出以项目管理方法去管理大学国际化活动,同时阐述该方法对于我国研究型大学国际化战略实施的适用性。以目标分解为依托、以项目整合为导向,设计出我国研究型大学国际化组织矩阵结构,提出项目管理的具体实施方法。How to establish the internationalization strategy is an important aspect for research universities to manage andcontrol the internationalizing process. However, the strategy implementation still pauses in the document level. Lack of ef-fective implementation is the main obstacle of transforming the document into practice. After analyzing the tests of interna-tionalization strategy of research universities in China, the authors get the conclusion that the internationalization is specif-ic, comprehensive, periodic and quantitative, presents that the internationalization should be managed by project manage-ment method, and states that this method is applicable to the implementation of internationalization strategy of research uni-versities in China. This article depends on target decomposition, designs matrixstructure for internationalization of researchuniversities in China, and proposes the implementation method in detail.
