摘　　要：区别于文化产业、创意产业,界定设计产业的范围和研究重点。主要从承接设计外包领域、设计业务创新度、人力资源、江苏省各主要城市承接设计外包状况等方面研究江苏省设计产业中承接国际设计外包的现状与特点;研究江苏省承接国际设计外包的几种典型模式——低创新度BPO模式、利用FDI在岸承接模式和高创新度KPO模式,并对承接国际设计外包产生的技术外溢效应进行分析。The range and the research emphasis of design industry that are different from creative industry and culture in-dustry are defined in this artMe. The present situation and feature of the design industry, in undertaking international designoutsourcing in Jiangsu province are studied from the aspect of the design field, the creativity, human resource and the out-sourcing situation of the main eities in Jiangsu. Further more, some typical modes of undertaking international design out-sourcing in Jiangsu are studied which include low - creativity mode （ BPO mode） , high - creativity mode （ KPO mode）and undertaking onshore outsoureing through FDI. At last the technological spiIlovers from undertaking international designoutsourcing are analyzed.
