摘　　要：面对光怪陆离的、碎片化的晚期资本主义现实,晚期马克思主义者运用马克思主义的辩证方法,在对资本主义的具体批判过程中,特别强调了辩证法的历史性、实践性和否定性,倡导要以辩证的态度处理复杂的理论和实践问题,从而在新的时代条件下坚持和发展了马克思主义辩证法的基本精神。Facing the kaleidoscopic and fragmentary realities of late capitalism, late Marxist scholars conduct their studies with Marxist dialectic methods. In their specific critiques of capitalism, they lay emphasis on the historicity, practicality and negativity of dialectics and uphold to deal with complex theoretic and practical problems with dialectic attitude. They have .preserved and developed the basic spirits of Marxist dialectics under the new historical conditions.
