摘 要:研究了硅灰、粉煤灰、矿粉掺量对硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆的标稠用水量、凝结时间、抗压强度和干缩的影响;并通过XRD分析手段对不同掺合料的硫铝酸盐水泥净浆水化产物进行了研究.研究结果表明,掺合料缩短了硫铝酸盐水泥的凝结时间,当粉煤灰掺量为10%时,水泥标稠用水量达到最少的115g;当硅灰掺量控制在2%~6%时,试块抗压强度超过空白试块;加入矿物掺合料后,有效地抑制了试块的体积收缩,硅灰与粉煤灰的抑制效果更明显;XRD分析显示,水化1d产生的钙矾石的量与7d水化相差不大,加入较多掺合料后,硫铝酸钙的相对含量减少,不利于水泥后续持续水化.The influence of amount of different mineral admixtures (silica fume,fly ash and mineral powder) on the standard consistency water consumption, setting time,compressive strength and shrinkage property of sulphate aluminum cement mortar is in- vestigated in this paper and hydration products of cement paste are also investigated by XRD. Results show that mineral admix- tures shorten the setting time of the sulphate aluminum cement. Standard consistency water consumption could get to 115 g when 10% (by cement quality) of fly ash is used. The compressive strength of cement specimen is higher than comparison group when the dosage of silica fume is about 2%-6%. Mineral admixture especially silica fume and fly ash can effectively suppresses the shrinkage of sulphate aluminum cement. XRD analyses show that after 1 d of hydration the system produces a large amount of AFt as much as 7 d and the using of too much mineral admixtures decrease the yeelimite content which has a negative effect on continuous hydration.
