摘  要:以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、保坍助剂和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,在引发剂过硫酸铵(APS)、阻聚剂对苯二酚和链转移剂巯基乙酸(TGA)作用下,直接聚合制得一种具有缓释效应的高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂。探讨了保坍助剂用量、引发剂用量、合成浓度和滴加工艺对合成减水剂分散性和保塑性的影响,并采用紫外光谱对产物的结构进行了表征。合成的高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的减水率达25.5%。A new carboxylic serials of water reducer with excellent slump retaining ability was directly polymerized using TPEG, slmnp retaining auxiliaries and acrylic acid (AA) as monomers, ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator, hydroquinone as poly- merization inhibitor and mercaptoacetic acid(TGA) as chain transfer agent. The influence of slump retaining auxiliaries dosage,initiator dosage,the concentration of synthesis and addition process on dispersion property and fluidity-retaining ability of water reducer was studied. The water reducer structure was characterized by UV. Its water-reducing rate is about 25.5%.
