摘  要:试验制备了不同PE掺量、不同软化剂掺量、不同搅拌时间的废胎胶粉/PE复合改性沥青,分析了复合改性沥青的高温稳定性能、低温抗裂性能、弹性恢复性能等参数随各影响因素变化的相关规律。试验结果表明,软化点和车辙因子在表征其高温稳定性时,规律一致性较好,但车辙因子指标比软化点指标相对敏感。DSR低温应力松弛损失率以及残余应力与沥青5℃延度一致性也较好,可以用于评价复合改性沥青的低温性能。The crumb rubber/PE composite modified asphalts with different PE dosage, different stirring time,and different softeners dosage were prepared. The test rules of some performance parameters of composite modified asphalt, such as high-temper- ature stability performance,low-temperature anti-cracking performance and elastic recovery performance,changing with the various factors were analyzed. The research results show that,the rule consistency is good when softening point and rutting factor is in the characterization of the high-temperature stability performance,but rutting factor index is relatively more sensitive than softening point index. Because of the good rule consistency between the relaxation loss rate of low temperature stress and residual stress using DSR and asphalt 5 ℃ ductility, it can be used for the evaluation of low temperature performance of composite modified asphalt.
