论针灸原穴汉译英现状与解决办法

摘　　要：针灸学历史悠久,治疗效果较好。目前国际上通用的针灸翻译命名方法以1991年世界卫生组织颁布的针灸穴名标准化方案为准,但不能准确表达穴位名称的内在含义,交流使用不便,且翻译并不准确。以原穴为例,分析针灸翻译的现状及存在的问题,通过例证、比较等提出解决办法,从而改善针灸穴位的翻译方法,促进中外学者的学术交流及中医药传统文化的传播。The acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has very satisfactory therapeutic effects. With growing international popularity of this therapy, the World Health Organization promulgated in 1991 a scheme of standardized descriptions of acupuncture and moxi- hnstion points. Nevertheless those translations railed to express the inherent meanings of the acupoint names, and now many translations thereof are not correct. To help solve this problem, this paper, by taking YuamSource acupoint as an instance, analyzed the status quo and problems of the acupuncture and moxibustion translations and gave some solutions by means of exemplification and comparison so as to improve the acupoint translations, facilitate Sino-foreign academic exchange and to help the worldwide dissemination of traditional Chinese culture.
