摘　　要：目的：比较14个产地淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）,以Phenomenex C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）为分析柱,流动相为乙腈-水（30∶70）,检测波长为270nm,流速为1.00mL/min,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL。结果：14个产地淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷含量范围为1.871 6~11.422 2mg/g。结论：14个产地中仅有6个产地淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷含量符合《中国药典》标准,合格率为42.9%。Objective：Comparison of the icariin in 14 areas of the Epimedium. Methods：Using high performance liquid chromatog- raphy （HPLC）, the analytical columnPhenomenex C18 column （250mm×4. 6mm, 5μm）, mobile phase acetonitrile water （30 ： 70）, the detection wavelength was 270nm; the flow rate was 1.0mL/rnin; column temperature is 30℃. Results：The content of icariin in 14 varieties of 1. 871 6～11. 422 2mg/g. Conclusion： Epimedium 14 origin in only 6 different regions with ＂standard＂ Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition content.
