摘　　要：近年来中药缓控释给药系统成为中药给药系统研究的热点。从该给药系统类型、体外释放评价方法、体内释放评价方法、体内体外相关性评价方法等方面,对近年国内外口服中药缓控释给药系统的研究成果进行综述,以期为口服中药缓控释制剂系统的深入研究提供参考。The sustained or controlled drug delivery system of Chinese materia medica is a hot spot in the field of drug delivery system of traditional Chinese medicine. From the following aspects., the type of the drug delivery system, in vitro release evaluation method, in vivo release evaluation method, and in vivo in vitro correlation evaluation method, It were reviewed in this paper that the research achievements in sus tained or controlled release drug delivery system of Chinese materia medica for oral, expecting to provide reference for the systematic and further studies of the sustained or controlled release preparations of Chinese medicine for oral administration.
