摘　　要：近年来中医治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征取得了较好的临床疗效,逐渐受到了国内外专家学者的广泛关注,展现出良好的应用前景。分别从中医对该病病因病机的认识,辨证分型治疗及针灸、推拿等外治法方面综述了近三年来中医治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的研究进展,以期为其临床治疗提供参考依据及新的思路。Treatment for irritable bowel syndrome with Chinese medicine has good clinical efficacy and receives widespread concern of specialists and scholars all over the world gradually, displaying a good application prospect. This paper review the research ad vances of treatment for this disease with TCM in recent years from the perspectives of pathogenesis, the treatment based on syn- drome differentiation, and the external treatment like acupuncture and moxibustion, Tuina and etc, with an aim to explore new train of thought for the research of IBS.
