摘 要:设计了一种新型、实用的具有7路隔离输出的反激式开关电源,分析了系统的工作原理,在变压器的设计过程中,采用了一种新型设计方法,并采用钳位二极管作为漏感吸收回路,详细设计了UC3844的外围控制电路,57W的样机实验结果表明,所设计的开关电源具有良好的稳压性能,纹波小,效率高,具有较高的实用价值。A practical and novel flyback switching power supply was designed, which has 7 isolated outputs. The working principle of the designed power supply was analyzed. A new design method was using in transformer design process. The clamping diodes were selected as leakage inductance absorption circuit. The peripheral control circuits of UC3844 were designed in detail. Experimental results of the 57 W prototype show that the designed switching power supply has the following features: good performance of the regulator, small ripple and high efficiency. It has high practical value.
