摘 要:采用简单的水热合成法制备了三维树枝结构的PbTe/PbSe复合材料,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等分析手段进行材料结构和形貌表征.研究反应过程的影响因素及晶体的形成机制.结果表明,产物的形貌受反应时间、反应温度、NaOH浓度的控制.基于不同反应时间产物的分析,推测产物的结构可能是一种包覆结构(PbTe被PbSe包覆),并分析了形成这种结构的原因.PbTe/PbSe three-dimensional dendritic structures have been successfully fabricated by a simple hydrothermal method. The structure and surfacial characteristics of these as-prepared samples were studied by X-ray diffraction pattern (XRD),field emis- sion scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Some reaction factors influencing the formation of PbTe/PbSe dendrites were systematically investigated. The morphology of the obtained products can be controlled by changing the reaction time,the reaction temperature and the concentration of NaOH. Based on the time-dependent experiment, it is proposed that the structure of the products may be a coating structure (PbTe is coated by PbSe). The mechanism for the formation of the coating structure has been discussed.
