北山羊杂交改良新疆山羊的效果观察

摘　　要：为提高新疆山羊生长速度和农民养羊经济效益,用野生北山羊改良本地绒山羊,测定杂交F1代与对照组后代在各个生产时期体尺指数和产绒性能来确定改良效果。结果表明：杂交F1代绒山羊在各个生长时期其体重、体高、体长、胸围、管围各项体尺指数与对照组（本地绒山羊杂交后代）相比,野生北山羊杂交F1代与对照初生时体尺体重差异不显著（P〉0.05）,2月龄杂交F1代体高和胸围与对照组差异极显著（P〈0.01）,3月龄开始两种山羊的各项指标差异更加显著,到了周岁时五项体尺体长指标差异均达到了极显著水平（P〈0.01）。杂交F1代周岁的羊绒细度、长度、单纤维断裂强力、单纤维断裂伸长率、含绒率、产绒量比本地土山羊杂交后代分别增加幅度大小不等。范围在4.47%~23.53%。杂交F1代羊杂交优势明显,效果显著。Objective： improving the local cashmere goat by crossing with the Capra ibex. Method：F1 hybrid ofcashmere goats in different growth periods of body weight, body height, body length, chest circumference,circumference of the body size will be compared with the control group, results：The body weight of F1 hybridsand control birth has no significant difference （P〉O.05）, 2 month old F1 hybrid＇s body height and chestcircumference showed significant difference （P〈0.01） to the control group. The difference between 3 month oldFI hybrid and local cashmere goat was more obvious,and became highly significant （P〈0.01） when the F1 hybrids up to the 1 years old. the cashmere fineness, length, single fiber breaking strength, elongation atbreak of single fiber, cashmere yield rate of Fl hybrids was higher than local goat hybrids respectively at thevary size. In the range of 4.47% - 23.53%.conclusion： FI hybrid has obvious advantages, significant effect.
