摘　　要：小反刍兽疫是一种以发热、肺炎、口腔炎、结膜炎、肠胃炎为特征,主要感染山羊、绵羊等动物的急性、高度接触性传染病。我国农业部将其列为一类动物疫病,世界动物卫生组织将其定为必须通报的重要动物疫病。该病具有高发病率和高死亡率等特点,曾给很多国家的养羊业造成了巨大的经济损失。本文从该病的病原学、流行病学、临诊症状、发病机理、病理变化、诊断方法与防控措施等几个方面进行了综述,以期为广大兽医工作者对该病的有效防控提供有益的参考。Peste des petits ruminants is an acute and highly contagious infectious disease of small ruminantscharacterized by fever, pneumonia, stomatitis, conjunctivitis and gastroenteritis. OIE rated it as amust benotified important animal diseasese. It cause high morbidity and mortality,which has posed a heavy threat togoat and sheep breeding industry in many countries. In this paper, we take an overview about Peste des petitsruminants from the aspects of etiology, epidemioiogy, clinical symptom, pathological change, diagnosis,prevention measures, which provide a beneficial reference to prevent and control this infectious disease.
