摘　　要：OA是信息资源共享的新形式,它日益成为图书情报学界及出版界关注、研究和实践的新领域。文章对安徽省29所二本以上高校图书馆OA资源建设进行调查,揭示其对OA资源的利用情况,肯定其可取之处,指出其存在问题,并针对症结提出优化建议,以促进图书馆对OA资源的利用。OA is a new form of information resources sharing, it has become a new field of the circle of library and information, which has aroused concern among researchers and librarians. This paper makes a survey of OA resources in 29 university libraries of Anhui province, throws light on the utilization of the OA resources, and points out the merits and the existing problems. Some recommendations to promote the utilization of the OA resources in libraries have also been presented in the article.
