Treatment of Traumatic Paraplegia by the Combination of Bilateral C7 Nerve Root and Peripheral Nerve Anastomosis

摘　　要：目的探索双侧C7神经根与下肢神经吻合治疗外伤性完全截瘫。方法第一期手术:双侧C7神经根与胫神经吻合,第二期手术:切断C7神经根-胫神经-坐骨神经链,第三期手术:神经链与腰2、3、4神经根吻合。结果本组6例病人,5例进行了完整的手术,病人下肢屈伸髋关节肌力可以达到2级,整个下肢都能恢复本体感觉,有3例病人同时也恢复了浅感觉,有2例病人恢复了浅感觉的触觉,而痛、温觉未恢复。结论双侧C7神经根与下肢神经吻合治疗外伤性完全截瘫,手术周期长,手术难度大,可以取得一定的疗效。Objective To explore the treatment of traumatic paraplegia by the combination of Bilateral C 7 nerve root and peripheral nerve anastomosis.Methods Bilateral C7 nerve root and peripheral nerve were combined in the first period of operation.Amputating C 7 nerve root of tibial nerve and sciatic nerve chain was done in the second stage.By the time the third step , anastomosis the neural chains and lumbar 2, 3, 4 nerve root was done.Results 5 of the 6 patients had been successfully operated.Patients reached the 2-degree function of flexion and extension muscle power of hip joint , and the low limb function was restored.3 of them, at the same time, regained the superficial sensory , and 2 patients recovered the superficial sensory tactile , but without pain and temperature.Conclusion The treatment of traumatic paraplegia by the combination of Bilateral C 7 nerve root and peripheral nerve anastomosis could effectively get certain consequence , but its operation cycle is long and of great difficulty.
