摘　　要：目的建立一种微生态检测新方法,以辅助判断机体状态.方法：在传统肠道杆菌培养基基础上,加用显色剂组合,对小鼠粪便标本加以培养,通过菌群整体反应,以肠道系统反映整体状态.结果：本方法能有效区分正常鼠与肿瘤鼠机体状态.结论：初步显示自制中国蓝培养基的总体代谢检测是一种微生态检测的新方法.Objeciive： lo esiablish a new meihod of microbial deieciion, and help judge the body siaie. Meihods： on the basis of tradiiional enierobacieri aceae culture media, chromogenic agents were added. Mice stool specimens were cultivated and the floras overall reaction was observed, which represents the intestinal system state, and this, was employed to reflect the overall state. Results： this method can effectively distinguish the state of the tumor mice and normal mice. conclusions ： the study preliminarily indicate the overall metabolism of homemade China blue medium detection is a new＂ method for microbial de tection.
