轧制摩擦系数对H型钢舌形端部的影响规律研究

摘  要:在热轧H型钢生产过程中经常出现腹板和翼缘延伸不均匀的现象,即所谓"舌形端部",导致大量的切头损失。本文采用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟了H型钢的热连轧过程。计算结果表明改变轧辊与轧件的接触面摩擦系数影响了H型钢端部的金属流动,进而影响"舌形端部"长度。其中,增大水平辊侧面与轧件翼缘的接触摩擦系数或者减小立辊与轧件翼缘的接触摩擦系数,都可以有效降低舌形端部的总长度,进而降低H型钢切头损失。随后的实验证明了模拟结果是可信的,可以为实际生产提供借鉴的经验。The uneven extension of web and flange often occur in the process of hot rolling H-beam. It is called"tongue-shaped head"and causes extensive crop losses. The simulation of hot rolling H-beam is conducted using ABAQUS software in this paper. It is proved by analyzing simulation results that the metal flow of the tip changes with various friction coefficients, and affect the length of tongue-shaped head. It is pointed out that the length of the tongue-shaped head will be effectively reduced when the friction coefficient between the horizontal roll side surface and the flange of H-beam increases or the friction coefficient between the vertical roll and the flange of H-beam decreases. In addition, some experiments on the H-beam are carried out. The experiment results are coincident with that of the simulation. The studied results can provide valuable references for the H-beam production.
