摘  要:针对吉林油田低孔、低渗、水敏性强的油层,通过室内试验优选出了低伤害的射孔液配方,并对此配方进行评价。确定射孔液的配方为:2%磺化酚醛树脂(SMP-Ⅱ)+1%羧甲基纤维素(HEC)+3%KCl+2%Na2SO3+1%超细碳酸钙粉(JQYZ)+0.05%表面活性剂(FC-3B)+4%缓蚀剂(JCI)+加重剂ZnBr2。评价结果表明该配方具有高密度、低腐蚀性、耐155℃高温,强抑制性、低表面张力、低伤害等特点,能满足吉林油田的施工作业。In view of the low porosity, low permeability, strong water sensitivity of the reservoir in Jilin Oilfield, a low damage perforating fluid formulation was developed through optimization in laboratory experiments and was evaluated. The formulation of this perforating fluid is: 2% sulfonated phenolic resin (SMP-II) + 1% carboxymethyl cellulose (HEC) + 3% KCl + 2% Na2SO3 + 1% uhrafine calcium carbonate powder (JQYZ) + 0.05% surfactant (FC-3B) + 4% corrosion inhibitor (JCI) + heavyweight additive (ZnBr2 ). According to the results of evaluation, this perforating fluid has the characteristics of high density, low corrosivity, strong inhibition, low surface tension and low damage, etc. , and it can withstand the temperature that is as high as 155℃. Therefore, this perforating fluid can satisfy the construction operation at Jilin Oilfield.
