摘 要:利用变频滚动转子式压缩机实验台测量了吸气干度x>0.9时压缩机的容积效率.结果表明,当0.9<x<1时,容积效率随系统压比的增大和干度的降低而减小.在相同的频率下,不同系统压比的容积效率随干度下降的趋势相似.高背压低吸气压损的滚动转子式压缩机在少量吸气带液时容积效率下降较小,在干度较大(x>0.95)和额定转速时,容积效率仅下降1%,因此,此类压缩机适合用于少量吸气带液的运行.The volumetric efficiency of rolling piston compressor was studied on a variable refrigerant flow system under the condition of suction vapor quality greater than 0 .9 .The experimental results show that when 0.9<x<1,volumetric efficiency decreases with the increase of pressure ratio and the decrease of vapor quality.Under the same frequency,volumetric efficiency under different compression ratio shows a similar change trend.The volumetric efficiency of rolling piston compressors with high backpressure and low suction pressure drop decreases slightly under a little liquid entrainment.The decreasing ratio is only 1%under a relatively large quality(x>0.95) and at the rated operating speed.Therefore these compressors are suitable to operate with a little liquid entrainment.
