摘 要:为了能够在台架上对汽车管柱式电动助力转向器(EPS)进行测试,设计了一套基于西门子SIMOTION D的EPS试验台测控系统.试验台通过模拟汽车在行驶过程中转向时方向盘的转角以及车轮所受到的转向阻力来测试EPS的性能和参数,能够给开发人员提供相关的试验数据以便对EPS进行优化和改进,同时降低实车试验中EPS产品开发的成本以及周期.主要设计了试验台测控系统的硬件系统和软件系统,并在试验台上进行了测试实验.结果表明,该系统设计方案合理,可靠性高,达到预期目标,运行效果好.In order to test the electric power steering system(EPS)of motor on bench,a control system of EPS test platform based on Siemens SIMOTION D was designed.On the test platform the performance and parameters of EPS were tested by imitating the turning angle of steering wheel and turning torque of vehicle wheel during the process of motor turning.Relevant test data were provided to developers to optimize and improve the EPS,and the development cycle and cost of the EPS product in real vehicle test were reduced.The hardware system and software system of the test platform were designed.Trial experiments were carried out on the test platform.The result shows that the design plan is reasonable and reliable.The desired good running condition of the system is achieved.
