摘　　要：目的通过对照系统心理护理干预与常规护理在老年患者正电子发射断层扫描（PET）检查的效果,探讨系统心理护理在老年患者进行PET 检查时的可行性,以提高护理质量.方法：将68 例行PET 检查的老年患者按就诊号随机分为干预组34 例和对照组34 例,干预组从预约开始至检查结束,给予系统的心理护理干预措施;对照组给予常规护理.观察两组患者的遵医行为、图像质量及满意度.结果：68 例患者均顺利完成了PET 检查,干预组的遵医行为、图像质量及满意度均高于对照组.结论：系统心理护理干预在老年患者进行PET 检查中,能使患者熟悉检查过程,消除恐惧心理,主动配合完成检查,获得更好的检查结果.ObjectiveTo Improve the quality of nursing care, we compared the results of Intervention by the system psychological nursing care and routine care in elderlypatients with PET examination, investigated the feasibility Of the system psychological nursing care in elderly patients of PET examination.Methods：68 elderly patients with PETexamination were randomly divided into intervention group of 34 patients and a control group of 34 patients, the intervention group were given system psychological nursing carefrom the beginning to the end of the examination, the control group received routine care. Observe the compliance behavior、image quality and satisfaction. Results：68 patients weresuccessfully completed the examination, the intervention group＇s compliance behavior、image quality and satisfaction were higher. Conclusion： System psychological nursing careintervention in elderly patients with PET examination can make the patients more familiar with the inspection process, to eliminate fear, take the initiative with the completionof inspection, got better test results.
