经阴道超声和腹部超声对子宫内膜病变诊断的比较

摘　　要：目的研究子宫内膜病变经阴道超声和腹部超声的诊断比较.方法：选取2011 年4 月至2014 年3 月期间我院收治的46 例子宫内膜病变患者,根据患者病情不同采用阴道超声和腹部超声,将46 例病人分为两组,以诊刮病理和手术病理结果为标准,比较两组病人子宫内膜病变诊断的准确率.结果：24 例患者经腹部超声诊断子宫内膜病变准确率为88.3%,22 例经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜病变准确率为98.1%.结论：经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜病变诊断准确率比经腹部超声子宫内膜病变诊断率高,同时阴道超声操作简单易行,在子宫内膜病变临床诊断上有较高的诊断意义.objective：to study the endometrial lesions by transvaginal ultrasound compared with the diagnosis of abdominal ultrasound. Methods：choose between April 2011 andMarch 2011 our hospital during the period of 46 example lesions in patients with intrauterine membrane, according to the different symptoms in patients with vaginal ultrasound andabdominal ultrasound, 46 cases of patients can be divided into two groups, with pathological diagnosis palace and surgical pathologic results as the standard, compared two groups ofpatients the accuracy in diagnosis of endometrial lesions. Results：24 patients via abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions accuracy was 88.3%, 22 cases oftransvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions accuracy 98.1 %. Conclusion：transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions diagnostic accuracy thanthe abdomen super living endometrial lesions diagnostic rate is high, the vaginal ultrasound at the same time the operation is simple and easy, in the diagnosis of endometrial lesionshave high clinical diagnostic significance.
