摘　　要：目的探讨引起单眼突出的额筛窦粘液潴留囊肿的治疗方案.方法：分析医院收治的伴有单眼突出的额筛窦粘液潴留囊肿1 例,通过手术治疗和结果评估讨论该症的手术治疗效果.结果：术后病理诊断：粘液潴留囊肿.术后12 个月无复发,现仍在随访中.结论：手术是治疗引起单眼突出的额筛窦粘液潴留囊肿的有效手段.objectiveto explore the cause monocular prominent frontal sinus mucous retention cyst treatment plan. Methods：to analyze hospital treated with monocularprominent frontal sinus mucous retention cyst in 1 case, through surgery treatment and result evaluation to discuss the surgical treatment of the disease. Results：postoperativepathological diagnosis mucus retention cyst. There was no recurrence in 12 months, now is still in follow-up. Conclusion：surgery is the treatment caused monocular prominent frontalsinus mucous retention cyst.
