临床药师参与剖宫产围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物分析

摘　　要：目的分析研究临床药师参与剖宫产围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物的作用.方法：随机选取2013 年3 月～2014 年1 月本院接诊的110 例剖宫产患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各55 例;剖宫产患者均使用抗菌药物,在此基础上,临床药师对观察组进行抗菌药物的使用干预;比较两组患者的不良反应发生率、药品费用、感染情况以及不合理用药情况.结果：观察组与对照组术后感染率无显著差异,组间比较差异不具有统计学意义,P〉0.05,观察组不良反应发生率、不合理用药情况以及药品费用明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义P〈0.05.结论：临床药师参与剖宫产围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物,确保了临床用药的安全、有效、经济、合理.因此,值得临床推广应用.ObjectiveTo analyze the application of clinical pharmacists involved in the Peri operative period prophylactic cesarean antimicrobial druganalysis.Method：110cases of patients in Cesarean section from march 2011 to January 2014 in our hospital were randomly selected as research object and divided into the observationgroup and control group,with 55 cases in each group.All cesarean-opertion patients had used the antimicrobial drug.observer group：The used of antimicrobial agents in the Perioperative period prophylactic cesarean by clinical pharmacists participating in the intervention .The incidence of adverse reactions ,the postoperative infection,the irrational drug use anddrug costs were compared in two groups.Results：The incidence of adverse reactions and the postoperative infection of the observer group was less than that of the control group.thedifferences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The irrational drug use and drug costs of the observer group was less than that of the control group,the differences were statisticallysignificant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical pharmacists involved in the Peri operative period prophylactic cesarean antimicrobial drugs,so as to strengthen the interference and control andguarantee the safe,effective,economic and reasonable clinical drug application.so has the worthy of clinical application.
