摘　　要：目的探讨痰热清联合头孢曲松钠对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（AECOPD）急性加重期炎性因子及内皮素的影响.方法：选取90 例AECOPD 患者为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各45 例.对照组给予头孢曲松钠治疗,观察组采用痰热清联合头孢曲松钠治疗.观察两组治疗效果、炎性因子及内皮素水平变化.结果：观察组有效率（91.11%）明显高于对照组;TNF-α（1.03±0.27）ng/ml、ICAM-1（58.28±5.82）pg/ml、IL-8（0.45±0.09）ng/ml、ET-1（152.29±22.78）pg/ml均明显低于对照组;CGRP 水平（92.70±13.21）pg/ml 明显高于对照组.结论：痰热清联合头孢曲松钠有利于降低炎性因子及内皮素水平,升高降钙素基因相关肽含量,提高治疗效果.objectiveTo study effect of Tanreqing injection combined with ceftriaxone sodium on inflammatory factor and endothelin in AECOPD. Conclusion：Tanreqing injection combined with ceftriaxone sodium help to reduce inflammatory factorand endothelin level, increase calcitonin gene related pept ide, improve the effect of treatment.
