临床护理路径在低血钾型周期性瘫痪患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的了解临床护理路径在低血钾型周期性瘫痪患者护理中的应用情况.方法：2010年4月1日至2012年5月30日间我科共收治40例低血钾型周期性瘫痪患者,其中有36例进入临床护理路径.结果：进入临床护理路径能显著降低住院总费用,缩短平均住院日（P〈0.05）,同时获得更高的健康教育知晓率,提高患者满意度.结论：临床护理路径在低血钾型周期性瘫痪患者中的实施取得了-定的成效,值得推广.ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of nursing clinical pathway which was applied to hypokalemic periodic paralysis patients in the neurology ward. Methods：Dataon the 40 patients diagnosed with hypokalemic periodic paralysis were consecutive collected from Apr.1, 2009 to Mar.31, 2010. 36 patients were recruited in the nursing clinicalpathway.Results：Compared to the non-pathway group, the application of nursing clinical pathway significantly reduced the total cost of hospitalization and had a trend of shorteninghospitalization days （P 〈0.05）,meanwhile, it also increased the understanding of health education and healthcare satisfaction of patients. Conclusion：Some Achievements have beenmade in the application of nursing clinical pathway in patients with hypokalemic periodic paralysis and the nursing clinical pathway is worthy of widely use.
