临床护理路径在直肠癌根治术人工肛门护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在直肠癌根治术人工肛门护理中的应用效果. 方法：将临床护理路径应用于经腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术人工肛门护理,观察患者护理效果和术后康复质量.结果：患者护理效果显著,未出现任何并发症的患者占92%,术后康复质量良好.结论：临床护理路径可以显著减少直肠癌根治术后并发症的发生,促进患者康复.ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in artificial anus nursing for patients underwent radical resection of rectalcarcinoma. Methods：Clinical nursing pathway was applied to artificial anus nursing for the patients underwent abdominoperineal resection. The nursing effect and postoperativerehabilitation quality of all the patients were observed. Results：The nursing effect was greatly improved. Not any complication appeared in ninety-two percent of the patients. Thepostoperative rehabilitation quality of all the patients was remarkably enhanced. Conclusions：Clinical nursing pathway could significantly decrease postoperative complication ofpatients underwent radical resection of rectal carcinoma. Furthermore, it could promote rehabilitation of all the patients.
