便携式凝血自动检测仪快速抗凝测定与实验室常规抗凝测定的结果对比分析

摘　　要：目的通过便携式凝血自动检测仪快速抗凝测定与实验室常规抗凝测定的结果对比,观察快速抗凝测定检测结果的准确性.方法：对46 例260 人次心脏机械瓣膜置换术后患者采集静脉血进行实验室常规抗凝测定,同时采集末梢血进行床旁快速抗凝测定.结果：便携式凝血自动检测仪床旁快速抗凝测定与实验室常规抗凝测定结果相比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论：心脏机械瓣膜置换术后患者需进行抗凝治疗与监测,可以使用便携式INR 凝血自动检测仪进行快速抗凝测定以监测抗凝效果,从而提高心脏瓣膜置换术后患者抗凝监测的依从性,减少抗凝不当引起的并发症,提高瓣膜置换患者的术后生存率和生活质量.Objective through its coagulation automatic detector rapid determination of anticoagulation compared with the results of laboratory determination of conventionalanticoagulant, observe the accuracy of the testing results of rapid determination of anticoagulation.Methods： 46 cases of 260 patients after heart valve replacement venous blood wascollected for laboratory determination of conventional anticoagulant, collection of peripheral blood in bed fast determination of anticoagulation. Results： portable blood coagulationautomatic detector bedside rapid determination of anticoagulation compared with conventional laboratory anticoagulation determination results, there was no statistically significantdifference （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion： patients require anticoagulation therapy after heart valve replacement and monitoring, can use a portable INR blood coagulation detector for rapiddetermination of anticoagulant to monitor anticoagulant effect, thus improve the heart valve replacement patients after anticoagulation monitoring compliance, reduce the complicationsof anticoagulation improper, improve the postoperative survival rate and quality of life of patients with valve replacement.
