摘　　要：目的探讨小儿气管异物取出术的护理配合.方法：回顾性分析 2010 年10 月到 2013 年10 月在我院耳鼻喉科及儿科就诊治疗的36 例小儿气管异物患者的临床及护理资料.结果：所有小儿均治愈出院,均未发生严重手术并发症.结论：完善的护理有助于提高手术的成功率及疾病的治愈率,术中护理配合尤为重要.objectiveto explore the nursing cooperation of pediatric airway foreign bodies. Methods： a retrospective analysis in October 2010 to October 2013 in our hospitalotolaryngology and pediatric clinic treatment of 36 cases of pediatric airway foreign bodies in patients with clinical and nursing documents.Results：all children were cured anddischarged, without serious complications.Conclusion：perfect nursing is helpful to improve the success rate of operation and the cure rate of the disease in nursing cooperation isparticularly important.
