摘  要:在打开储层的过程中,钻开液中的固相会随滤液侵入到地层,引起地层孔隙堵塞,渗透率降低,导致储层产量降低。通过室内试验,建立了一套低固相甲酸钾钻开液体系。以甲酸钾水溶液作为基液,通过优化增黏剂、降失水剂等添加剂的质量分数,调整体系的流变及滤失性能,并进一步评价了体系的抗侵污、抗温及储存保护等施工性能。该体系具有良好的流变性能、抑制性能以及较好的储层保护性能。In the process of drilling through the reservoirs,the solid in the drilling fluid would invade into formation with filtrate and plug the reservoir pores,thus the reservoir permeability would be lowered and production would be reduced.Through laboratory experiments,apotassium formate drill-in fluid system was established.The potassium formic acid aqueous solution was used as a base fluid to adjust the rheology and filtration property by optimizing the adding amount of tackifier,fluid loss agent and other annexing agent,the temperature resistance,pollution resistance and formation protection performance were further evaluated.The result indicates that it has good rheological and inhibition properties and reservoir protection performance.
