摘  要:传统三缸钻井泵一般采用人字形齿轮传动,存在曲轴强度和刚度低、轴承寿命短、齿轮啮合差等不足。在钻井泵上采用双斜齿轮传动,不但保留了人字形齿轮传动时无轴向力的优点,而且提高了曲轴的强度和刚度,延长了轴承的使用寿命。详细介绍了采用双斜齿轮传动方式时,两对齿轮副的设计和安装方法,该方法不但解决了两对齿轮副同步啮合的问题,而且使得齿轮副的安装更加方便,可为同类齿轮设计和安装提供参考。A herringbone gear transmission was usually used in the traditional triplex drilling pumps,the transmission mode had some shortcomings,such as low strength and low stiffness of the crank shaft,short life of the bearings,poor gear mesh and so on.In this paper,the transmission mode of double helical gears were used to maintain the advantages of herringbone gear working without axial force,improve the strength and stiffness of the crankshaft and prolong the service life of bearings.This article gives a detail of design and assembly methods of the two gear pairs,the method not only solves the problem about two gear pairs meshing synchronously,but also makes the installation of gears more convenient,it can provide reference for design and installation of similar gears.
