摘 要:目的:对古方黄连香薷饮进行拆方研究,筛选出抗甲型H1N1流感病毒作用的有效中药组合。方法:以甲型H1N1流感病毒滴鼻感染小鼠,建立小鼠病毒性肺炎模型,并以黄连香薷饮全方及拆方组合进行给药治疗,同时设立阳性对照组和正常对照组,计算各组小鼠的肺指数及肺指数抑制率,并观察小鼠肺组织病理变化。结果:与模型组比较,阳性对照组、香薷组、黄连-厚朴组及黄连香薷饮全方组小鼠的肺指数均显著降低,肺指数抑制率分别为31.43%、47.74%、47.74%和41.74%,且肺部病变明显减轻。结论:香薷单味药、黄连-厚朴药对和黄连香薷饮全方均具有显著的抗甲型H1N1流感病毒的作用。Objective : To study decomposed recipes of Huanglian Xiangru Decoction and screen out effective combina- tion of Chinese herbs on anti - influenza virus H1N1. Methods : Mice were infected with influenza virus H1N1 to establish viral pneumonia models. Huanglian Xiangru Decoction and its decomposed recipes were administrated daily for treatment, positive group and normal group were set up simultaneously. The lung index and its inhibition ratio of mice were calculat- ed in each group. The pathologic changes in lung tissues of mice were observed. Results: Positive group, Moslae Herba group, Coptidis Rhizoma-Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex group and Huanglian Xiangru Decoction group all highly reduced lung index compared with model group. Their lung index inhibition ratios were 31.43 % ,47.74 % ,47.74 % and 41.74 % respectively and their pathologic changes were improved obviously. Conclusion : Moslae Herba, Coptidis Rhizoma-Mag- noliae Officinalis Cortex and Huanglian Xiangru Decoction all have strong inhibitory effects on influenza virus H1N1.
