IL-4R基因rs1805012、rs1801275、rs1805010多态性与哮喘患者大鱼际掌纹特应征的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨白细胞介素4受体（interleukin-4 receptor,IL-4R）基因多态性与青岛地区汉族成人哮喘患者大鱼际掌纹特应征的相关性。方法：引入计算机识别系统,实现大鱼际掌纹特应征客观量化分级,应用SNaPshot方法对400例哮喘患者和200名正常对照的IL-4R基因的rs1805012、rs1801275和rs1805010共3个多态位点的基因多态性进行检测。结果：哮喘组大鱼际掌纹特应征阳性比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ2=163.459,P〈0.001）。对于rs1805010,假设为Log-additive模型时,掌纹阴性组等位基因A的频率高于掌纹阳性组,差异有统计学意义（OR=0.76,95%CI：0.59~0.98,P〈0.05）。以掌纹分层,仅在大鱼际掌纹阴性分层中,对于rs1805012,相对于TT基因型,对照组CT基因型频率高于哮喘组,差异有统计学意义（OR=0.33,95%CI：0.13~0.81,P〈0.05）。结论：大鱼际掌纹特应征和青岛地区汉族成人哮喘之间具有显著相关性,但IL-4R基因的rs1805012、rs1801275和rs1805010这3个多态位点与大鱼际掌纹特应征阳性没有相关性。Objective：To assess the association between the atopic traits of the print of thenar eminence and polymor- phisms of IL-4R gene in Han nationality with asthma in Qingdao. Methods ：The photographs of the print of thenar emi- nence from the observed cases were objectively divided by computer. In the association analyses of 600 cases including 400 patients with asthma and 200 healthy subjects, three polymorphism sites （rs1805012, rs1801275 and rslS05010） were detected by SnaPshot. Results ：The positive proportion of the atopic traits of the print of thenar eminence in the asth- ma group was higher than that of the control group with significant difference between two groups （ X2 = 163. 459,P 〈 0. 00l ）. About rs1805012, if its genetic model was Log - additive, the frequency of allele A in the palm print negative group was higher than that in the palm print positive group with significant difference between two groups [ OR = 0.76, 95% CI（0.59,0.98） ,P 〈0.05]. It was found that when print of thenar eminence was negative,the frequency of geno- type CT relative to TY in the control group was higher than that in the asthma group with significant difference between two groups [ OR = 0.33,95 % CI （0.13,0.81 ） , P 〈 0.05 ]. Conclusion ： There is very remarkable difference between the atop- ic traits of the print of thenar eminence and asthma in Han nationality in Qingdao,but no remarkable difference between the positive print of thenar eminence and the polymorphisms of IL-4R gene.
