摘 要:目的:观察手法对急性损伤骨骼肌卫星细胞增殖的影响,分析机械损伤和失神经因素在肌卫星细胞增殖中的作用和手法促进骨骼肌增殖的机制与途径。方法:取6月龄新西兰家兔258只建立家兔单纯钝挫伤、单纯失神经、钝挫伤+失神经动物模型,于造模后第2天行手法治疗,于造模后第1、2、3周和第1、2、4、6个月各取1小组家兔观察肌卫星细胞数目变化情况,按照日期对肌卫星细胞的增殖情况作一连续动态观察。结果:失神经后骨骼肌卫星细胞数目比无神经损伤组增加明显,在第3周达到峰值,而后迅速下降,4个月后低于正常水平。结论:神经因素在骨骼肌卫星细胞的激活与增殖中有重要作用,手法可以加快失神经早期骨骼肌卫星细胞激活与增殖速度,可能加速了肌卫星细胞向成肌纤维的肌组织转化。Objective :To observe the effects of manipulation on the proliferation of acute injury skeletal muscle satellite cell and analyze the roles of mechanical damage and denervated factors in muscle satellite cell proliferation and the mech- anisms and pathways of skeletal muscle proliferation. Method:The simple blunt injured models, simple denervated models and blunt injured combined denervated models were established from 258 New Zealand rabbits aged 6 months. The ma- nipulations were performed on the next day after the operation and the examinations of the satellite cells were performed on the specimens from the bilateral triceps of the calves of 1 group rabbit 1,2 and 3 weeks after operation and monthly for 1 -6 months after operation. Continuous dynamic observation on the muscle satellite cell proliferation was followed according to the date. Results : After the loss of nerve, the number of skeletal muscle satellite cell was significantly increased relatively to the no nerve loss group. It reached the peak in the third week, and then fell rapidly, and fell below the normal level after 4 months. Conclusion: Neural factors in skeletal muscle satellite cells play an important role in the activation and proliferation and massage technique can accelerate the activation and proliferation of the loss of nerve early skeletal muscle satellite cell and may accelerate the transformation of muscle satellite cells to the muscle tissue of muscle fibers.
