补肾法治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病神经源性膀胱是糖尿病常见并发症之一。中医理论认为该病主要病位在肾脏,补肾法是治疗该病的主导方法。回顾了近年来运用补肾法治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的相关临床研究进展,分析依然存在的不足之处,展望未来的研究方向与重点。Diabetic neurogetic bladder （DNB） is the main cause of diabetes mellitus. The disease is mainly located in kidney disease in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Nourishing Kidney is the fundamental law of treating DNB. This article recalled the recent using of nourishing kidney method in treatment of DNB related to clinical research progress, and analyzed the still existing problems, looking for the future research direction and focus.
