艾灸养老穴对手部末梢微循环影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨艾灸养老穴对手部末梢微循环的影响。方法:选取符合纳入标准的大学生志愿者10名,采用冷水负荷试验,观测艾灸养老穴30min、阴郄穴30 min前后左右手无名指、小指背面中节中端及颈根部等5部位的基础皮温、每隔1 min的皮温变化。结果:艾灸养老穴冷水负荷试验后左手无名指即刻皮温、右手无名指和左手小指复温10 min皮温显著高于艾灸前同部位同时刻皮温(P<0.05)。艾灸养老穴后冷水复温时间短于艾灸前和艾灸阴郄穴,其中右手无名指、左手小指冷水复温时间显著短于艾灸前和艾灸阴郄穴(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸养老穴可以缩短冷水复温的时间,改善手部末梢微循环障碍。Objective ： To study the effect on peripheral microcirculation of hand by Yanglao （SI6） point moxibustion. Method：10 college students were selected. Using cold water load test the skin base temperature and changes every 1 minute of the median segment of both ring and little fingers and the root of neck were observed by moxibustion on SI6 30 rain, Yinxi （HT6） point for 30 min of left hand. Results ： After the test on cold water load, the immediate skin temperature of the left ring finger and 10 min resuming temperature of the right ring and left little fingers by moxibustion on SI6 were significantly higher than the temperature of the same section at the same time before moxibustion （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The resuming time of cold water load test of the right ring finger and left little finger by moxibustion on SI6 were obviously decreased compared to those before moxibustion and moxibustion HT6 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The method of moxibustion on SI6 point can shorten the resuming time of test on cold water load and improve the disturbance of the peripheral microcirculation.
