桑黄在古代中医典籍中的应用记载及其现代药用研究进展

摘　　要：桑黄是一种具有药用价值的真菌。古代医家总结桑黄具有活血止痛化瘀、补虚、收涩止痛、清热解毒等功效。近代国内外研究发现桑黄多糖具有抗肿瘤、提高免疫、抗炎、降血糖等药理作用;黄酮类及三萜类成分具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化活性。综述桑黄在古代中医典籍中的应用记载,并对近代国内外的研究及开发应用进行分析归纳。Phellinus SPP is a fungus that has medicinal value. Chinese ancient physicians had summarized its various efficaeies of blood circulation, tonify, astringent and heat - clearing and detoxifying. Recently it is found that the polysac- eharide has pharmacological effects of anti - tumor, enhancing immunity, anti - inflammatory and hypoglycemic, while flavonoids and triterpenoids from Phellinus SPP have anti - tumor and antioxidant activity in domestic and international studies. This review primarily summarizes the application records of Phellinus SPP in traditional Chinese medicine books and generalizes the general situation of its recent researches and development application at home and abroad.
